Ritchie Wellens is back with Leicester City and intends staying to help their promotion push.

The midfielder has been immense for Ipswich in his seven-game loan stay, and has told it as it is, but will not be helping in the relegation fight any longer.

Mick McCarthy wanted him to stay but Nigel Pearson needs the combatative performer to boost his squad.
