Town No Longer Soft Touch

Aaron Creswell has warned the rest of the Championship that Ipswich are no longer a soft touch.

Although the likes of Blackpool, Palace and Leicester have boosted their goal difference with big wins over the Blues, Cresswell insists those days are gone.

The Ipswich right back believes manager Mick McCarthy, no slouch as a centre half in his day, and a settled back four, has led to a tightening up.

Cresswell told Radio Suffolk: 'Now we've got a steady back four, we're looking to keep it tight at the back.

'Him and TC [coach Terry Connor] have got bags of experience. They've been around and had great careers, so it's nice for them to pass it on to us.'

Good to hear ahead of another toughie with Millwall visiting on Saturday.
