Blues Close In On Arsenal Midfielder

Blues Close In On Arsenal Midfielder

Ipswich are understood to be in with a good chance of signing German youngster Thomas Eisfeld on loan from Arsenal for the rest of the season.

Eisfeld, a £500k signing from Borussia Dortmund by Arsene Wenger Arsenal has made a strong impact with Gooners during his limited opportunities and his six goals and he given his debut for the Arsenal senior side against Reading in the 7-5 Capital One Cup game back in October.

With plenty of striker for Town it would make sense for Ipswich to have someone who can supply the ammo, while capable of shooting in afew himself so what better than a Gunner.
