Blues Sign Celtic Striker

Daryl Murphy has agreed a two year deal with Ipswich after being with the Blues on loan for he past three years on and off.
The former Sunderland striker initially joined on a temporary basis under his former manager Roy Keane and Paul Jewell wanted him back, with Mick McCarthy, who also managed him at the Stadium of Light, now tying him up on contract.
Town secured Murphy on a free after he was released by Celtic and the 30-year-old, former Republic of Ireland striker is already back in training for the new campaign.
