Ipswich Town vs. Barnsley

Portman Road

January 19

Town Take On Tykes

Should this game go ahead, and it is in doubt given the weather, The Blues are aiming to take their unbeaten league run against Barnsley to five matches.
Town are in decent form but are looking for their first win of 2013, and their eighth in Mick McCarthy's 16th match in charge. Although te Tykes don't do well at Portman Road they seeking a third straight win in league and cup, following Tuesday's FA Cup replay victory over Burnley.
The big thing for Town is to score first as Barnsley have won six of the nine league matches in which they scored first, and failed to win any of the 18 in which opponents netted the opening goal.
